Global Purchasing Coordinator with French

You will be responsible for:

• The Global Purchasing Coordinator collaborates with global buyers, global buying support (back- office), and users from respective clusters on global category purchases (global services, water treatment, refractories, industrial products, cylinders, IT/Telco, fuels, and bottled industrial gases).


• Support global buyers and global buying support team on a daily basis


• Reconcile the monthly reception for global categories and helps in simplification of the invoices from suppliers


• Guide Global Buying Support team in prioritizing the POs for respective clusters


• Facilitate in understanding of spend tree management for global categories


• Maintain a list of purchase requirements for EPO office of respective cluster and raise PR accordingly


• Support in RCA (root cause analysis) to reduce the webcycles & improve automation
