- Search, source and attract global top talent and assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis.
- Operate interviews in a timely manner assigning interviewers and assisting interviewee.
- Support all aspects of the recruiting process with a focus on scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving interview rooms, and coordinating special events.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
