Global Recruiter: End-to-End Talent Acquisition

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various client accounts outside of the Philippines. The Recruiter will own the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through onboarding, adapting strategies as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or relevant experience, excellent communication, and prior recruitment experience. The focus is on maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, embodying the values of diversity and support.
