Global Reward Analyst

The role

focuses on analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and process support to ensure reward practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with Company objectives across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Job Evaluation & Grading – Support job evaluation, grading structures, and role levelling to promote internal equity and consistency.

Market Benchmarking – Support market benchmarking activities, including salary survey participation and analysis; help maintain market positioning (P50) by job level and position.

Compensation & Executive Reward Support – Support executive and senior leader compensation activities through data analysis, benchmarking, and modelling in partnership with HR and Finance.
