Responsibilities

• Manage global training across 24 countries for products, sales techniques and soft skills from start to finish for new and existing employees.
• Conceptualize content and break it into easy-to-understand training programs.
• Implement training programs and monitor performance through assessments created by your team (tests, case studies, etc.).
• Report on progress of each market and areas needing improvement.
• Understand different market nuances and dynamics to incorporate them into region‑specific training.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to build new training and consistently improve and update existing training.
• Work with sales managers to identify struggling sales consultants and prioritise product training areas.
