What you will do

As Global Service IT Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team in the standardization, governance, and enhancement of our global Salesforce ecosystem, providing essential support to Residential and Light Commercial sales teams worldwide. The primary objective is to consolidate existing systems into a single Salesforce instance while delivering functional improvements and collaborating with business leaders to develop a strategic enhancement roadmap.

Additionally, you’ll align with business partners across EMEA and APAC, overseeing non‑Salesforce projects related to Analytics, Data Lakes, Power BI reporting, and Automation, working closely with Regional Business Relationship Managers to monitor and provide guidance on developed projects, including initiatives such as AirCloud Select & Web and AirCloud Alarm.
