Global Talent Acquisition Pro - Full-Cycle Recruiter

Apex America Perú is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process across international markets. The role requires at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and strong communication skills.

You will build and engage talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to implement effective strategies. An advanced level of English (C1) is mandatory, and experience with ATS tools is a significant advantage. This position is on-site in Lima, Perú.
