Overview

Role Purpose: Leads the execution and optimization of the Build the Bench initiative by managing talent data, generating actionable insights, and driving stakeholder alignment to ensure a consistent pipeline of ready-now leaders. Translates data into decisions that improve bench strength, activation readiness, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Talent Data Management
• Consolidate and maintain talent data across sources (Talent Factors, scorecards, certification, training completion)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data used for talent decisions
• Establish and enforce data governance standards across sites and functions
• Analytics and Talent Insights
• Analyze bench strength, readiness, and pipeline health across roles, sites, and programs
• Generate insights on key metrics (bench coverage, readiness, promotion quality, time to proficiency)
