About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day golf operations and Golf shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding member and guest experience.

This is a highly visible role where your leadership, organisation, and passion for the game will directly influence the culture and success of the club.

Key Responsibilities

Golf Operations & Competitions

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of a full programme of golf, including competitions and tournaments (internal and external).
• Work closely with the Golf Committee and external organisers to deliver engaging events.
• Maintain and manage tee bookings, competition setups, and results using DotGolf.
• Foster strong relationships with members by being present, approachable, and actively involved in club life.
