Goods Inwards & Kitting Manager Wolverhampton Role & Responsibility: Logistics have two Goods inwards Departments & several kitting areas, that support day to day processing of incoming material and kitting of goods for the production departments across the site in line with Corporate Procedures & EHS guidelines The successful candidate will join the Logistics Team & be accountable & responsible in supporting production needs & requirements to achieve customer satisfaction, quality, delivery, cost & achieving customer on time in full alongside Industry specific targets Principle Accountabilities + Primary responsibility for Goods inwards and Kitting areas across site and first line reporting manager to several teams of people + Responsibility for KPI’s and gathering metrics for areas of responsibility + Liaise with Supply chain, Production control & Operations to ensure the timely receipt & kitting of goods. + Daily liaison with 3PL facility to ensure kitting plans are achi...
