Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Riyadh-based team in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support the development and maintenance of our risk management framework, conduct assessments and deliver insightful management reporting. You will work closely with business units to ensure compliance with ISO 31000, COSO and local regulatory requirements while leveraging GRC tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze risk data from various business units to support risk assessments
• Perform risk assessments in accordance with ISO 31000 and COSO methodologies
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop and deliver management reports on risk exposure, trends, and remediation progress
