Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as Kaizen AMS’s primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and municipal departments to stay updated on UAE property and utility regulations.
- Monitor and gather firsthand updates on laws, circulars, and government directives impacting Kaizen AMS’s property management, leasing, and facilities operations.
- Maintain a centralized Government Relations Register, classifying updates by authority, risk level, and business impact on Kaizen AMS operations.
- Track updates and developments from key authorities, including Dubai Land Department, RERA, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Security Industry Regulatory Agency, Dubai Development Authority.
- Assess the operational impact of regulatory developments on Kaizen AMS departments, including Leasing, Operations, Property Management, Facilities Management, Sales, Brokerage, and Finance.
