Government Relations Specialist

EOG Resources is seeking a Government Relations Expert to lead regulatory processes and stakeholder engagement functions in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a “hands‑on” approach, and will serve as the primary bridge between our operations and the UAE’s regulatory landscape.

• End-to-End NOC Execution: Take full ownership of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) lifecycle. This includes the personal preparation of document packages, gathering of data from technical teams, and rigorous follow‑up to ensure regulations are followed and approvals secured without delaying operations.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders with exposure to EOG’s operations, including the Al Dhafra Municipality, the Abu Dhabi Environmental Agency, CICPA (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority), Abu Dhabi Police, and ADNOC.
