GPU Infra Support Engineer - 24/7 On-Call & SRE

CloudEngine Digital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Infra Support Engineer to join their Global Infrastructure team. This role involves first and second-line support for AI Infrastructure, incident detection, and escalation to the SRE team. You’ll work on system health monitoring and operational tasks while contributing to runbook improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and over 2 years’ experience in IT operations or DevOps, with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
