Position Details

The District multi‑age program supports Elementary students in Grades 5‑7 who have a giftedness learning profile. All students receive a P designation and an Individual Education Plan (IEP). MACC teachers collaborate closely with the District Principal of Inclusive Education, school administrators, other district staff, teachers of other MACC classes, and parents.

Students participate in an interdisciplinary, conceptually advanced program that challenges and develops the depth and breadth of critical and creative thinking. The curriculum draws on the 4‑pillar model of numeracy, literacy, project‑based learning and autonomous learning.
