Reporting to the Foreperson, you will be responsible for interpreting plans and effectively setting grades on-site. The role requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to ensure all grading aligns with the project requirements. By monitoring and adjusting work practices, you will contribute significantly to project success while adhering to safety protocols and timelines.
