Job Description

 Carthage college athletics department is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and supportive environment for student-athletes to excel both academically and athletically. As part of our commitment to holistic development, we are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Assistant Sports Performance coach to join our department. This position is a 2 year commitment that will offer an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience working as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach.

 Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for 3-4 athletic teams with the opportunity to assist with other sports. 
Mentorship/management of student- interns 
Implement athlete monitoring and data collection to track progress, evaluate performance metrics, and adjust training programs as needed.
