Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Management: Oversee the center’s scheduling activities, including assigning owners, booking resources, and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.
- Hospitality and Visitor Experience: Welcome and greet customers, partners, and influencers upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and well‑attended to prior to their briefings.
- Assist the Customer Experience Lead team with event planning and execution as required.
- Customer Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities, catering companies and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Deliver a world‑class experience by setting up rooms, creating welcome packs, printing labels for events, and gathering visitor feedback.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.
