Job Description
Junior Solar Engineer to join their growing renewable energy team based in Cape Town . This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on solar PV projects across South Africa and Zambia .
Duties
- Assist with the design and engineering of solar PV systems (commercial & utility‑scale)
- Support site assessments, feasibility studies, and system layouts
- Assist with technical documentation, drawings, and reports
- Provide engineering support during installation, commissioning, and handover
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Travel to project sites in Zambia as required
Minimum Requirements
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar
- 0–2 years’ experience in solar PV or renewable energy (internship experience welcome)
