The Role

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a Graduate Labour Relations Advisor. This role provides a structured developmental opportunity within the Labour Relations Branch, supporting the delivery of effective and contemporary labour relations services. The position contributes to the development, application and promotion of labour relations policies, industrial instruments and procedures, while building capability in stakeholder engagement, research and advisory functions. Working closely with experienced professionals, the Graduate Advisor gains exposure to industrial matters, including participation in consultation and negotiation forums with relevant unions.
