The mission of Career & Professional Development (CPD) is to empower Spartans to become career-ready from exploration to life beyond graduation. We accomplish this mission by providing data-informed guidance to help students discover career paths, develop transferable skills, and prepare for meaningful work and life; collaborating across campus to create a career ecosystem; and building trusted relationships with employers who believe in UNCG talent.


Reports to the Associate Director for Career Development. The Associate Director manages the campus-wide strategy for student career development and supervises Assistant Directors and Graduate Assistants. The Associate Director reports to the director of CPD.


The Graduate Marketing Assistant for Career Development works closely with CPD’s marketing and communications efforts to increase student awareness of and engagement with career resources, programs, and services. This role offers a unique opportuni...
