This 12-month program offers exposure to multiple departments and aims to accelerate your career development. You will be involved in issuing and trading structured products, managing risks, and supporting trading activities in a dynamic environment. Candidates need a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field and a strong interest in financial markets. Fluency in English and German is required.
