Purpose of this Programme

An internship with ECIC's ICT Unit gives graduates the opportunity to gain relevant experience in a corporate environment while assisting with desktop and local area network (LAN) support to ECIC users and ensuring continued system availability.

Responsibilities & exposure

• Serve as the initial contact for users of all IT supported systems, applications and services in operation;
• Administer, maintain, service and support approximately 90 end users;
• Hardware setup and support (including monitoring and updating inventory of computer
• equipment), PC's, printers, wireless network, switches and cabling;
• Software installation and support for various operating systems (Windows 11, Windows
