Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design custom graphics for sublimation printing on a variety of products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, sportswear, home décor).
- Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accurate color profiles, resolution, and file setup for sublimation (CMYK/RGB, bleed lines, mirrored designs, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, or internal departments to understand design requirements and project goals.
- Adjust and manipulate artwork to meet customer expectations and printer capabilities.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and artwork files.
- Stay updated with sublimation trends, print techniques, and material limitations.
- Support the production team by troubleshooting design issues related to print quality.
