• Understand the power of creative ideas and deliver memorable concepts that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation.
• Coach and train the wider team, transforming GDS Creative Services from execution to brand‑building and distinctive creative strategy.
• Lead teams in creative agencies or in‑house brand teams, championing high‑visibility campaigns for top global brands (preferably B2B).
• Provide creative leadership to design teams, delivering a range of collaterals including brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on‑screen presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics, and social media assets.
