Graphic Designer - Real Estate Debt Solutions

+ Makes key contributions to the planning, design and production of investor marketing materials, including offering memorandums, investor books, capital raise brochures, proposals, presentations and related collateral.
+ Partners directly with members of the Real Estate Debt Solutions (REDS), Development and Investments teams throughout the transaction lifecycle to create compelling marketing materials.
+ Designs and produces original layouts, graphics, charts, maps, diagrams, renderings and other visual elements that clearly communicate investment opportunities.
+ Translates complex financial, market and property information into visually engaging presentations using effective information hierarchy and storytelling.
