POSITION: Great Start Readiness Lead Teacher, Little Hornet Preschool

REPORTS TO: Director of Preschool and Child Care

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or Elementary Education certified with early childhood endorsement, or willingness to pursue certification preferred

Knowledge of or willingness to learn the following Connect 4 Learning (C4L) Curriculum
My Teaching Strategies Assessment Program
Teachers Learning Together (TLT) concept of professional development
Social, Emotional, and Behavioral (SEB) Supports
Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
Evidence-based literacy and math practices 

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and public relations skills
