Madamfo Ghana Foundation is seeking to recruit Greenhouse Manager. We are seeking a Greenhouse manager to oversee our greenhouse operations at Kumasi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the greenhouse facility

• Apply modern cultivation techniques, including efficient irrigation, hydroponics and organic fertilization

• Plan, select and grow nutritious and profitable crops for both local consumption and income generation

• Train and mentor staff in basic greenhouse farming practices, encouraging responsibility, teamwork and creativity

• Supervise and guide support staff to maintain high production and hygiene standards

• Monitor yields, costs and sales to ensure efficiency and sustainability

• Prepare monthly activity and progress reports for management

• Take photos and short updates for social media to document and promote greenhouse activities
