Grillers

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Griller to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill a variety of meat, poultry, seafood, and other menu items according to company standards.


• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented to a high standard.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grilling station at all times.


• Follow food safety and health regulations.


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.


• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


• Assist with general kitchen duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Griller or in a similar kitchen role.


• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.
