Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Grinder to join their team. As a Grinder, you will be part of the production department supporting the machining and finishing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Shift:** Days (03:00-13:30)
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate grinding equipment to remove cosmetic defects from casting prior to product machining
+ Visually inspect casting for defects before grinding
+ Produce a finish on the casting that removes all cosmetic defects
+ Report casting defects to supervisors for correction
+ Maintain machinery, patterns, hand tools, and other equipment in good condition
