As a Grooming Salon Leader, you will lead salon operations and team members while delivering expert grooming services to pets and pet parents.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations, manage scheduling, inventory, and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Create and manage grooming schedules to optimize salon capacity and meet customer demand.
• Monitor salon performance metrics—revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner productivity—and develop action plans.
