Ground Systems Support Engineer - Level 4

**Description:** As a ground systems support engineer, this person will be part of an integral technical interface team, supporting the on-site Customer, resolving complex issues arising from operations and / or maintenance activities.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
