Grounds Maintenance Associate

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Primary Function:

Keep the company’s outdoor grounds and surrounding property clean, attractive, and safe through routine upkeep, general maintenance, and monitoring of site conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

·Keep the grounds around the building clean, neat, and safe.

·Handle routine upkeep: pick up litter, empty outdoor bins, remove debris, and maintain walkways, entrances, and common areas.

·Work well with teammates, follow direction, and pitch in as needed.

·Complete required training and follow all company policies, rules, and safety procedures.
