Grounds Maintenance Tech

AFO is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Tech to help with maintenance of the grounds around the MCB.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintains grounds of industrial, commercial, government or public property; Repairs structures and equipment, performing one or more of the following tasks: cuts grass, using walking-type or riding mowers (less than 2000-lbs).
+ Trims hedges and edges around walks, flower beds, using hedge trimmers, clippers and edging tools.
+ Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears, chainsaw, and other hand tools.
+ Applies sprays/granule fertilizers or insecticide on lawns, shrubs, trees, flower beds. Plants grass, sod, flowers, trees, shrubs.
+ Waters lawns and shrubs during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler system. Picks up leaves, paper, debris, and other litter.
+ Removes snow from walks driveways, roads, or parking lots, parking garages, using shovels, snow blowers, ATVs, plow trucks.
