About the role: As a Maintenance & Grounds Operative , you will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality racing surface all year round, while ensuring the wider stadium environment is safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard. You will be responsible for both grounds maintenance and general site maintenance , supporting the upkeep of external areas, buildings, and racing equipment. You will also contribute to the smooth running of race meetings and events. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that can be physically demanding and involves working in all weather conditions.
