Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
External group reporting process All external financial publications Completion of the full suite of financial publications, with timeous submission to the JSE and shareholders Statutory annual financial statements of all entities within the Group Statutory annual financial statements with regulatory requirements Group Financial Technical champion Calculation and proposal of dividend declarations Control and maintain all consol journals General ledger account Intergroup balances and transactions Profit forecasts for all provisional tax payments Keep up to date with IFRS standards

Qualifications:
CA(SA) 2 to 4 years experience within a JSE listed environment
