Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Group's overall financial strategy in line with business objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the Promoters and leadership team on financial planning, investments, expansion, and business growth.
Lead corporate finance, treasury, cash flow management, working capital optimization, banking relationships, debt structuring, and fundraising initiatives.
Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis across the Group.
Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, statutory audits, taxation, GST, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
