Job Description
The Role:
The Group Estates Systems and CAFM Manager is the College’s principal expert and system owner for Concerto and all associated estates systems. You provide strategic oversight and day‑to‑day operational control of CAFM workflows, asset information, data quality, reporting and system governance across all campuses.
Your purpose is to ensure that estates systems are safe, compliant, efficient and well‑governed, enabling the College to make informed decisions about maintenance, compliance, lifecycle planning and supplier performance.
