Group Financial Manager

Job Description:
Manage and prepare monthly group consolidations and management accounts across multiple entities
Prepare annual statutory group consolidations and consolidated annual financial statements
Drive the implementation and optimisation of group reporting and consolidation tools
Plan and manage the year-end group audit process in conjunction with external auditors and regional finance teams
Coordinate audit planning, progress, and resolution of audit findings across the group
Ensure consistent application of IFRS and provide technical support to regional finance teams
Prepare and review group and regional financial statements in accordance with full IFRS
Oversee the financial accounting and reporting of head office entities
Monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and expenditure across head office operations
