Job Description

What You’ll Do
Lead and evolve the Group Fire, Health & Safety strategy, policy, and governance, ensuring alignment with legislation and business risk appetite.
Provide expert support across business units on safety performance, incident response, risk management, and due diligence.
Establish and maintain robust governance, including risk registers, KPI reporting, and working groups to manage current and emerging risks.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders and external bodies to ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement through insight, benchmarking, and the development of consistent standards and capability across the Group.
