In this role, you ensure that safe, high-quality, sustainable, and compliant products reach our consumers by implementing robust FSQA processes at our Lotus Bakeries Biscuits & Bakery production sites.
Leading structured and effective performance review meetings is a key part of your role – you work closely with internal QA teams to assess performance, identify issues, set ambitious targets, and drive improvements.
In this position, you actively explore innovative ways to enhance team performance and engagement, including the visual display of improvement initiatives and their outcomes.
You identify, share, and implement best practices related to Quality, Food Safety, Legality, and Authenticity across the B&B manufacturing sites.
As member of the QA Council, you provide a valuable platform for cross-site interaction, knowledge sharing, and strategic decision-making.
