Group General Counsel Job Description
Primarily responsible for providing expert and strategic legal advice to NMC’s management by setting internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors. Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action. Identify issues if any and address them in a timely manner in order protect the interest and well-being on NMC.
Responsibilities- Provide legal counsel to CEO and guidance to senior leadership on healthcare-related matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, risk management, and contractual agreements.
