Prism Placements and this Fin Tech provider are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Group HR Executive to join their team at group/national level. Experience & Requirements Completed Masters degree in HR - a MUST Min 8-10 years experience handling the full HR function from success management, programmes, performance management, employee development to retention/attraction of staff – KEY FOR THIS ROLE Experience working in a 1000+ organisation and collaborating with EXCO Experience managing a sizable team Well versed in MS Office Suite Remuneration

From R2.5 M to R3 M C. T. C. per annum (experience depending)
