Reporting to the Group Director of Operations, this role is pivotal in driving HSE cultural excellence across the business. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and lead continuous improvement initiatives while managing ISO certifications.

The ideal applicant will have significant HSE leadership experience, a NEBOSH Diploma, and a passion for operational excellence. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, along with various benefits, is offered.
