Requirements:
 Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field 
 Knowledge of recreational programming 
 Must possess strong communication skills 
 Have ability to work as part of a team
 High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
 Assets:
 Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset
 Rate of pay is $19.88 per hour plus vacation pay.
 Group Leader after school shift is 2:05PM-6:00PM with 1 hour allotted for weekly staff meetings
 Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

 Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.

 Potential for additional hours
