Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a small to medium maintenance team.
- Manage maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities according to GM maintenance systems.
- Conduct checks and tests, and communicate evaluation results.
- Recommend solutions to problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Meet schedule and quality requirements.
- Comply with local and national labor agreements.
- Implement divisional and corporate policies, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
- Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with stakeholders outside the work group.
- Use personnel, material, and equipment efficiently.
- Establish a course of action to complete jobs and projects.
- Apply GMS principles and possess medium or basic knowledge of automatization, industrial communications (Ethernet, Device Net), PLC, motion control, VFD, and kinetics.
