Group Legal Advisor & Company Secretary

We have partnered with an established international group, headquartered in South Africa, to appoint a Group Legal Advisor. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute admitted attorney with at least five years' corporate legal experience and a strong track record in commercial and contract law. Equally important is the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing legal risk with commercial realities in a fast paced and evolving environment.

As the Group's principal legal resource, the successful incumbent will provide pragmatic guidance on a wide range of legal and commercial matters, oversee company secretarial responsibilities, and support the Board and executive team in maintaining robust governance standards.
