5 days out of 7 including weekends to allow for scheduling tasks around guest requirements. 37.5 hours per week, flexible working shifts

Location

Must be able to travel and cover tasks in Kent, Surrey and West Sussex (5 hotel locations).

Salary

£29,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment

Overview

Alexander Hotels are a collection of five luxury hotels, in the 4 & 5-star market, based in the South of England. We are looking to recruit for a Group Maintenance Assistant and Painter to support our onsite maintenance teams at our 5 hotels. You will report to the Operations Director and liaise with General Managers about priority tasks needing support.

To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate confidence in keys areas of maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical and painting.
