The role 

We are currently seeking a talented senior leader with a strong understanding and experience in the local and regional government sectors to lead the newly created Governance, Engagement and Transformation Group. This is a permanent full-time position located in Palmerston North.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will work closely with the Chief Executive and senior colleagues to provide strategic advice, direction, and leadership across key organisational functions.
