**Overview**

The Group Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, administering, and continuously improving robust quality assurance policies and procedures for Vestis Supply Chain including its Customer Contact Center. This role is essential in ensuring that Vestis' Supply Chain is providing consistent customer service and performance on behalf of both Vestis’ external and internal customers.
